Services
Equipped with robotic total stations and dual-frequency DGPS rovers, we provide millimeter-accurate surveys across 11 distinct disciplines.
Topographical Survey
A Topographical Survey is a land survey to map the 3D details of the ground: elevations, contours, slopes, and all natural and man-made features on the site. It captures ground levels, natural features (trees, water bodies), man-made structures, and boundaries. This is essential for construction planning, road projects, drainage design, and cut/fill volume calculations.
Building Setting Out Work
Building setting out work is about transferring a building's design from paper to the actual construction site. It's the process of marking where walls, columns, foundations, and other parts should go, following the design plans. This precision work is done by a land surveyor or setting out engineer using surveying tools to make sure everything lines up with the design.
Road Survey
In road surveying, we provide various services to support the design, construction, and maintenance of roads. Some of the key services we offer include Route and Alignment Survey, Control Point Establishment, Topographic Data Collection, Right-of-Way Determination, Utility Location, Cross-Sectional Surveys, and As-Built Surveys.
Hills Survey
Surveying in hilly areas is tricky due to the uneven land and steep slopes. To handle this, surveyors use special methods and tools, such as Contour Mapping, Slope Measurements, Ensuring Access and Safety, Differential GPS (DGPS) or Total Stations, and Laser Scanning.
Highway Survey
A highway survey is a comprehensive process that involves gathering precise data and mapping the alignment, features, and characteristics of a highway or major roadway. The main objectives include Alignment Survey, Topographic Mapping, Right-of-Way Determination, Geometric Data Collection, Utility Mapping, Traffic Surveys, Cross-Sectional Surveys, Pavement Condition Assessment, and As-Built Surveys.
FMB Drawing Work
FMB (Field Measurement Book) Drawing is an official land record drawing from the local Revenue or Taluk office. It is a scaled sketch of your land that shows exact dimensions, boundaries, and survey numbers as recorded by the government. We verify these and can also convert them into precise AutoCAD drawings for further planning.
Contour Survey
Detailed mapping of land elevation changes and terrain profiles. We generate high-precision contour lines to help architects and structural engineers understand earthwork (cut and fill) calculations prior to major construction.
Pipeline Survey
Pipeline surveying is a specialized field that maps and plans pipelines for things like oil, gas, or water transport. It ensures the pipeline's route and features are accurate for safe and efficient use. Includes Route Selection, Preliminary Surveys, Right-of-Way Survey, Alignment Survey, Construction Staking, Pavement Condition Assessment, and As-Built Surveys.
Layout Design & Marking
Layout Design involves making precise plot and road drawings. Field Marking involves physically marking those plots and roads on your land with stones or pegs. This ensures everything is placed exactly according to the approved plan during construction and land division.
Soil Quantity Survey
Soil Quantity Surveying focuses on managing and estimating the exact volume of soil for earthwork. It involves precise cut and fill calculations, helping you plan your resources efficiently and manage transportation or material costs.
DGPS Survey & Drawing Works
DGPS combines receivers and satellites to enhance GPS accuracy by reducing or eliminating errors like orbit, ionospheric, tropospheric, and clock errors. It offers much higher precision than regular GPS, making it ideal for projects demanding precise Earth surface positioning and mapping.
